Makes 2-3 servings.
8 Medjool dates, chopped
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
2. Blend, blend, blend – scraping sides when necessary – until smooth. That’s it!
In place of dates, you can try using another natural sweet like agave or honey.
