A ~ Chopped Kale Salad

The key to this salad is finely chopping the kale leaves.


2 tablespoons oil

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 to 2 teaspoons fresh ground chili powder

½ teaspoons Hawaiian Sea Salt

2 bunches of kale, stems and tough ribs removed, leaves very finely chopped



1. In a large bow, whisk together oil, lemon juice, chili powder and salt. 

2. Add kale, toss to combine and serve.
